NABH-FOGSI Collaboration
NABH-FOGSI Collaboration National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) has integrated The Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI)’s Manyata maternal health quality standards across NABH Certification programs. This move, forms part of a strategic collaboration inked in 2022 between NABH and FOGSI, to improve the quality of maternity services and advance the Indian government’s vision of ‘One Nation One Standard’. By promoting standardization in maternal healthcare through the adoption of uniform standards nationwide, the collaboration will drive systemic improvements and contribute to efforts to achieve Universal Health Coverage.
LaQshya – Manyata –
A Public Private Partnership
FOGSI has partnered with the Public Health Department, Government of Maharashtra to launch the LaQshya-Manyata program in the state. The initiative is aimed at improving quality of private maternity care in Maharashtra by building skilled and capable teams ensuring consistent, safe and respectful care for mothers during and after childbirth. It trains healthcare staff on a set of 16 clinical and 10 facility standards, which are essential for mothers to receive quality antenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care, in line with the national government’s LaQshya program and World Health Organization (WHO) standard guidelines.
FOGSI-HSSC Collaboration
FOGSI has announced a collaboration with the Health Sector Skill Council (HSSC), Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, for the development of a comprehensive skilling course for doctors and nurses on Maternal and Perinatal Life Support.

Manyata was honored as a laureate at the Asian Venture Philanthropy Network (AVPN) Constellations Awards 2023, which applauded the initiative’s efforts in bringing together stakeholders to advance Gender Equality for women and girls in Asia.

Manyata was recognised as the first runner-up under the Excellence in Community Based Health Solutions at the 9th NATHEALTH – Healthcare Federation of India Annual Summit held in March 2023.

The Manyata initiative received the CSR Health Impact Awards 2019 under the category of CSR Health Campaign for ensuring high-quality and respectful care by helping private maternity facilities build capable and efficient teams across the states of Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra and Jharkhand.
FICCI Healthcare Awards 2021
Manyata’s consistent efforts to bring equitable access to quality care for women in India were awarded the prestigious ‘Excellence in Social Initiative Award’ at the – The FICCI Healthcare Awards 2021 (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry).
